ECHSA, Inc. provides services to low-income families in Onslow, Duplin and New Hanover (CSBG only) Pender (SSVF Only) counties through the following programs: Section 8 Housing, Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) and ECHSA, Inc. Childcare Center.

The mission of ECHSA, Inc. is to improve the lives of low-income families in Onslow, Duplin and New Hanover counties, by empowering them to become economically and socially self-sufficient.
